How and when will I get my order?

Orders placed up until March 2027 will be shipped at approximately 90-day intervals via FedEx Ground.  Orders placed after March 2027 will be delivered at the Meet.  See the Shipping tab for details.

Question 2

Can I get the event logo embroidered on my own items?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is an option to “BUY” the monogramming service in the “Shop Regalia” section of the Store.  Your items must be received for embroidery not later than April 1, 2027 Some items may not be suitable for embroidery or may require a linen backing.  If we determine that your item cannot be embroidered, you will receive a refund and your item will be returned to you.

Will there be Regalia for Sale at the Austin Healey 75th Anniversary Tour?

Yes, but very limited.  No sized items.  Order now for the best selection.

Question 4

Can I order from the Store even if I am not attending the Austin Healey 75th Anniversary Meet?

Accepted Answer

The store is open to everyone. Orders placed after March 2027, and not to be picked up at the Meet will be shipped with a $15 shipping fee.

What if my item does not fit?

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CHECK THE SIZE CHARTS SHOWN ON EACH ITEM PAGE (LIKE THE ONE SHOWN BELOW) TO INSURE YOU GET THE CORRECT SIZE.SORRY, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, all sales are final as these products are all custom made.

What if the Meet is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the HIGHLY unlikely event that the Meet is cancelled, you will still receive your items and have nice souvenirs of the “event that never was”!

Question 8

Why did the price change when I selected an XX or larger size?

Accepted Answer

Sizes XX and larger cost more than smaller sizes. That’s exactly what the supplier charges us.

Question 9

Are the items embroidered, silk screened or ink transferred?

Accepted Answer

All items are embroidered with 10,000+ stitches for a clear representation of the logo.
